외국인 토토 핫 상담 관련 안내 / Guidelines for international student counseling services /外国留学生咨询的介绍

 

 

운영시간: 월요일~금요일9:00~17:00 (12:00~13:00점심시간)

 

현재 진행 중인 상담이 많은 관계로 예약이 지연될 수 있는 점 양해 바랍니다. 아래 이메일 주소로 신청해주시면 순차적으로 연락드리겠습니다.

운영시간 이외에 신속한 도움이 필요한 위기 상황의 경우 아래의 기관에서 긴급 상담을 받을 수 있습니다. (24시간 이용 가능)

- 자살예방 상담전화: 109

- 정신건강 위기상담전화: 1577-0199

- 생명의전화: 1588-9191 (한국어만 가능)

- 청소년 상담전화: 1388 (만24세 이하)

- 여성긴급전화: 1366 (여성폭력피해)

 

 

Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)

 

Please note that due to the high volume of ongoing counseling sessions, there may be a delay in booking appointments. If you apply via the email addresses below, we will contact you in the order received:

In case of a crisis where immediate assistance is needed outside of operating hours, you can receive emergency counseling from the following organizations (available 24 hours a day):

- Lifeline: 1588-9191 (Korean only)

- Youth Counseling Hotline: 1388 (For those under 24)

- Women's Emergency Hotline: 1366 (For victims of violence against women)
