안녕하세요, 한양대학교 국제처 입니다.
외국인 토토 커뮤니티 단순 동영상(E러닝 등) 강의 수강 제한과 관련한 교육부 지침에 따른 중요 공지 사항을 안내 드립니다.
★ 교육부 지침 사항: 토토 커뮤니티 경우 단순 동영상 강의 수업은 학년별 취득 학점의 30% 이내로 제한
→학부, 대학원생 모두에게 적용되는 지침으로 이를 잘 숙지하여 수강 신청 및 학업 계획 진행 요망
★ 한양대학교 수강 신청 관련 변경 사항 (2025학년도 2학기부터 적용)
1)2025학년도 2학기부터는 수강 신청 시, 단순 동영상(E러닝 등) 강의 수업은 학기당 1개 강좌만 수강신청 할 수 있도록 수강 신청 시스템 수정 예정 (‘사랑의 실천’ 수업 제외)
2)대학원생 같은 경우 수강 신청 시스템에 적용 되지는 않지만, 교육부 지침은 대학원생 에게도 동일하게 적용되기에 해당 지침에 따라 수강 신청 요망
한양대학교 국제처는 외국인 토토 커뮤니티 단순 동영상(E러닝 등) 강의 수강을 권고하지 않습니다.
일부 국가 토토 커뮤니티 경우, 귀국 후 학력 증명 및 비자 관련 문제 등이 발생할 수 있기 때문입니다.
대한민국 교육부 지침에 따른 변경 사항이기에 외국인 토토 커뮤니티 여러분들의 양해를 부탁드리며, 적극적인 협조 부탁드립니다.

[Notice – Important] Information regarding restrictions on international students taking simple video lectures (e-learning, etc.)
Hello, This is OIA of Hanyang University.
This is an important announcement regarding the Ministry of Education’s guidelines with restrictions on international students simple video lectures (e-learning, etc.)
★ Ministry of Education guidelines: For international students, video lecture classes are limited to 30% of the credits earned per academic year.
→ Please understand this as a guideline that applies to both undergraduate and graduate students, and make your application for classes and academic plan progress accordingly.
★ Changes regarding application for classes to Hanyang University (Effective from Fall semester of 2025)
1) From Fall semester of the 2025, the course application system will be revised so that students can only apply for one simple video (e-learning, etc.) lecture course per semester
(excluding the “Practice of Love” course)
2) For graduate students, the course application system does not apply, but the Ministry of Education guidelines apply to graduate students as well, so please follow the guidelines when applying for courses.
OIA of Hanyang University does not recommend that international students take simple video lectures(e-learning, etc).
Some international students may face problems with verifying their academic records or visas after returning to their home countries.
This change is in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Korea, so we ask for the understanding and active cooperation of all international students.

[通知 - 重要] 关于限制外国留学生选修线上课程（E-learning等）的重要说明
尊敬的各位同学：
您好！这里是汉阳大学国际处。
现就教育部关于限制外国留学生选修线上课程（E-learning等）的重要通知事项进行说明。
★ 教育部指南规定：留学生的线上课程学分不得超过各学年总学分的30%
→ 该规定适用于本科及研究生，请务必在选课及制定学习计划时遵守
★ 汉阳大学选课相关变更事项（自2025学年第二学期起适用）
1）自2025学年第二学期起，选课系统将调整为每学期仅允许选修1门线上（E-learning等）课程（“爱的实践”课程除外）
2）研究生选课系统虽不作限制，但教育部指南同样适用于研究生，请自行遵守相关规定
汉阳大学国际处不建议外国留学生选修线上（E-learning等）课程。
部分国家的留学生若选修此类课程，回国后可能面临学历认证及签证相关问题。
此次变更是基于韩国教育部的规定，恳请各位外国留学生予以理解并积极配合。
